New Brewhouse for Redwillow

January 22 saw the Pureweld team completing Red Willow breweries expansion.

This included the commissioning of a 6000L cold liquor tank to service their new Pureweld LOGIC BREW three vessel 25HL brew house.

The CLT was interlinked to the new brew logic software, allowing automatic temperature control This should enable Red Willow to achieve three batch runs in 12 hours in the near future to help them keep up with the growing demand for their tasty beer.
